BedSizeHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This page explains how we handle copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
If you believe content on BedSizeHub infringes your copyright — or if you’ve received a notice claiming your content infringes someone else’s copyright — read on.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you’re a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and you believe content on BedSizeHub infringes your copyright, you can submit a DMCA takedown notice.
To be valid, your notice must include all of the following:
1. Your physical or electronic signature, along with your full legal name.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, list them all.
3. Identification of the infringing material on BedSizeHub — provide specific URLs (not just our homepage). We can’t act on vague claims.
4. Your contact information — physical address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Send your notice to:
Subject Line: DMCA Takedown Notice — BedSizeHub
We’ll review valid notices and respond within 5 business days. If the claim is valid, we’ll remove or disable access to the infringing material promptly.
What Happens After You Submit a Notice
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content Notify the original poster (if it was user-submitted) about the takedown Provide them a copy of the notice (with your contact information) so they can respond if they choose Forward the notice to our hosting provider if required
False or Bad-Faith Claims
Filing a fraudulent DMCA notice has serious consequences. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly makes a false claim of copyright infringement may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, incurred by us or by the alleged infringer.
Do not file a DMCA notice for content you don’t actually own. Do not file notices to silence criticism, competition, or unfavorable reviews. We take false claims seriously and will defend our content and contributors.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notice
If you’ve had content removed from BedSizeHub due to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe the takedown was wrongful — for example, if your content was original, fell under fair use, or was not actually infringing — you can submit a counter-notice.
Your counter-notice must include:
1. Your physical or electronic signature, along with your full legal name.
2. Identification of the removed material and where it was located before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your contact information — name, physical address, telephone number, and email.
5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal court in the district where you live (or, if outside the U.S., the district where BedSizeHub is hosted), and that you’ll accept service of process from the original complainant.
Send your counter-notice to:
Subject Line: DMCA Counter-Notice — BedSizeHub
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we’ll forward it to the original complainant. They have 10–14 business days to file a court action. If they don’t, we may restore the content.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service, BedSizeHub will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers.
If you’ve received multiple valid DMCA notices, your access to BedSizeHub may be terminated.
